Us and Them, este cea de a doua melodie de pe fața B, a albumului Dark Side of the Moon, înregistrat în studioul Abbey Road din Londra în două sesiuni: Iunie 1972 și Ianuarie 1973.
Albumul a fost lansat la 1 Martie 1973. Este considerat a fi unul din cele mai bune albume din toate timpurile. Albumul a stat cele mai multe săptămâni în topul de albume la Billboard între 1977 și 1988.  A debutat pe poziția #95.

Us and Them, a fost lansată pe single la 4 Februarie 1974. Este o melodie cu influențe de jazz.
