Tom Johnston, liderul vocal și chitaristul grupului a compus acest cântec, pe care Dobbie Brothers l-au cântat live timp de 3 ani, până să-l înregistreze. Au început să cânte această piesă prin 1970-71, inițial intitulaltă “Osborne”, după aceea “Parliament”, și multe alte nume. Ințial a fost o piesă instrumentală, și Tom a tot adăugat partea vocală în timp ce interpretau piesa. Așa se explică, poate, lipsa de sens în ceea ce privește versurile.
